Our internal tool only allows sending notifications to an user list or bulk sending by regions at a specific time, and there is no way to automatically send out just-in-time, just-for-you messages. Some users found the messages intrusive, which hurt conversion rates.
1. Braze platform: check user profile and manage campaign including setting of messaging layout, target audience, delivery time (scheduled or triggered by users’ actions) and conversion tracking 2. User side: popup, push notification and email on both App and Web

Design ∙ Set up design template for stakeholders with UI designer to ensure visual consistency 3. Development ∙ SDK integration ∙ Data activation with engineers and data scientists about data schema and streaming frequency
